Supported Living Services

Access Care Solutions is here to help you with your needs. As a leading independent provider of support for those with learning difficulties, autism and mental health ailments, we’re ready to offer our accomplished services to you.

Your home, your life, your way

Access Care Solutions is a leading independent provider of supported living for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. We’re registered with the Care Quality Commission and operate across Derbyshire.

Supported living means the person holds their own tenancy and lives in their own home — with tailored support built around what they need. Whether that’s a few hours a week or 24-hour care, we design a service around the person, never the other way round.

Care you can trust, delivered with heart.

Families and commissioners across Derbyshire choose Access Care Solutions because of what we stand for and how we deliver it every single day.

Frequently asked

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is a phone call away and always happy to help.

Is supported living the same as residential care?
No. In supported living the person holds their own tenancy and support is provided separately, so people have far more choice and control over their home and life.
Most packages are funded by the local authority or NHS, sometimes via direct payments. We’re happy to help navigate the funding conversation.
We work with a range of specialist housing providers to help find the right home. The tenancy is separate to the support contract.
That’s expected, we review support regularly and adjust hours or approach as goals and needs evolve.
