Mental Health Services

Specialist 24-hour mental health support across Derbyshire, with clinical supervision from our in-house mental health nurse.

Mental health can affect anyone

People from all walks of life can be affected by mental health difficulties. Mental health is about how we think, feel and behave — and one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem in any given year.

Left unsupported, mental ill-health can affect daily life, relationships and physical health. With the right support, people can rebuild routines, confidence and hope — and get on with the things that matter to them.

Frequently asked

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is a phone call away and always happy to help.

Do you accept referrals directly from families?
Yes. We accept referrals from individuals, families, GPs, community mental health teams, hospitals and local authority commissioners.
We provide planned support, not emergency response. If someone is in crisis we’ll work with the crisis team and community services, and we build crisis plans into every package.
Absolutely — we see joint working with care coordinators, psychiatrists and other clinicians as essential to good outcomes.
No — support happens wherever life happens: at home, in the community, at appointments, at college or at work.
